In the event of a claim, the garage you use must be able to provide engineers’ reports and receipts and have a registered business number and address. We do not guarantee any ancillaries or bolt-on parts on our engines such as water pumps, oil pumps, timing belts or chains, gaskets, oil filters, or diesel/fuel filters. We do not guarantee any clutches that may be supplied or left on our engines. We recommend that all of these parts are to be fitted as new before fitting the second-hand engine. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure the correct details are given to our sales team when ordering a component. The company will accept no liability under this guarantee where engines fail as a result of criminal or malicious damage, fire or theft. If upon inspection the engine has been damaged by the malfunction of any components not supplied by the company, then it will not be covered by this agreement. Please note couriers require someone to be present to sign for all packages. If you receive a parcel with looks tampered with or damage on the parcel, please sign for as “damaged”.
